The  roomy kitchen has a flagstoned floor and beamed ceiling. The Shaker  style kitchen has a large antique dining table, a Smeg fridge with a  freezer compartment and wine rack. The Rayburn provides the central  heating and the oven gives succulently cooked food. There is a microwave  and ceramic hob, and spring water from the tap. There is also a  downstairs toilet (you flush the loo with spring water) A step up in to the spacious living room with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, and TV.The  oak staircase leads to a galleried landing and en suite bedroom. The  bedroom has a double bed with bed linen provided.
